TERMS

Payment:

Payment for purchases is due on order in New Zealand Dollars. From within New Zealand you can also pay by Cheque or Cash (at your own risk).
All goods remain the property of OMEXPERTS until fully paid for.

Delivery:

In New Zealand the shipping cost is NZ$7.5. For Orders from outside New Zealand -  We will confirm the shipping cost with you before sending the order.

The Dreamate DM-800 will be shipped at the earliest possible after C-Card confirmation or receipt of payment in full. All orders are shipped after clearance of funds.
The sender shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by delivery of goods by freight or courier companies. Any goods being delivered in an unsatisfactory or damaged condition should be signed as such and not accepted.

If the goods do not arrive within 7 days after the dispatch date please notify us. 
We use a track & trace delivery service to any region in NZ with Fastway Couriers.
Circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays in the delivery.

Return, Exchange and refund policies

DREAMATE bought form OME at the standard price of 169.95NZ$ may be returned within 30 days for a full refund excluding the cost of packaging. Please note that the 30 Days money back guarante does not apply when we run special pricing less than 169.95$ you must have a printed receipt and you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

To obtain an RMA# please email us with email subject "RMA" and the name of the item you wish to return at info@dreamate.co.nz.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, etc. with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. The return package should be despatched to us within 3 working days of the request for return. All free items must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a refund. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of items returned. 

We are  not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by normal post cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since We at OME cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.

Guarantee:

The device is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery to your premises. 
We agree to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, a defective Hivox Product product if returned to us within the warranty period and accompanied by proof of purchase. This warranty does not extend to any products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring or to use in violation of operating instructions furnished by us, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than us. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

Any damaged or tampered with Dreamate DM-800 cannot be accepted for refund.

 Our product has been tested prior to shipment. If you experience any problems, please e-mail or call us to arrange an exchange, replacement or refund. 

We also provide an unconditional money-back guarantee on all unopened, unused goods returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt. The full purchase price, excluding packaging and delivery cost, will be credited or refunded.
